Q1: do you allow Return and Exchanges?

Yes, we allow return and exchange of unworn, undamaged and unwashed items if we receive them within 15 business days after it was delivered to you. For additional information, please visit our RETURNS AND EXCHANGE  page.

 
Q2: how long will it take to get my order?

 Order processing can take up to 1-3 business days and shipping can take up to 3-10 business days, depending on your location, season, delays or carrier problem throughout the US. We do not ship overseas currently. For more information about our shipping policy, please visit our SHIPPING page.

 Q3: what shipping carriers do you use?

We use USPS, DHL and local courier partners for deliveries.

Q4: I have not received my order. 

 If you haven't received your package we would recommend you to contact your local USPS or DHL, but if you still need more assistance locating your order feel free to contact us at info@megglam.com and one of our representatives will be happy to assist you. Please when you send us an email regarding your order please make sure to provide your full name, address and your order number.

 Q5: How do I cancel an order?

 Q6: Are your items true to size?

Yes! our items typically run true to size. You can view our size chart at the following link SIZE CHART .

 Q6: Do you do custom orders?

We do not currently do custom orders. We currently only offer READY TO WEAR clothing listed on our website.

 Q7: Do you restock sold out items?

We are always updating our inventory with new styles and will occasionally restock sold out items if demand is high. We advise you to buy immediately since most of our designs are limited stock and go out of stock quickly. If you interested in any sold out items, feel free to contact us at info@megglam.com and we will keep you updated. 

Q8: how quickly do you respond to emails? Do you have weekends hours?

We generally respond within 48 hrs during our regular  office hours which are Monday- Friday, 9am-5pm EST. Customer service is currently not available on Saturdays and Sundays.

Q9:  I signed up for the newsletter, but didn’t get a code

When you sign up for our newsletter you'll receive an email to confirm subscription. After you confirm subscription you'll receive another email with your coupon code, if you don't see it immediately please check your junk/spam mail. OF COURSE, YES! Megglam Boutique designs are made for everyone. Consider our design as creation made by another culture which give it an original and particular taste of touch and view. They are bold, colorful and can be worn for any occasion. If you like it, grab it.
